So much for the theory that winter here was for running and playing in the sun all day! Tuesday was another story! The kids played after school until into the dark and then got up to play early in the icy remains! It truly was a once in a lifetime here.So much for global warming!
The picture below is one of Ben at his music concert this month. I want to figure out how to download his performance on the xlyophone for you. It was really cute and I'm not just saying that because he's mine. :0)

I can't believe that snow! The covered buttons are actually buttons that are made to be covered (you can buy them at Joann's or Walmart in their fabric section). If you need to make a lot like I did, I recommend buying them on eBay. The size I used was 1 1/2 inch buttons and the paper clips are 3 1/2 inches (bought at Walmart in the office supply section). I put the paper clip through the wire loop on the back of the covered button, hot glue it and stick it on a little card I made. They are really easy to make. Wish you were closer to Denver and I'd show you how in person. :)
